Next Mile Program
Next Mile will provide $5,250 per eligible employee in tuition coverage each year toward in-network learning options that include:

All learning options within the Next Mile network are 100% online, accessible from anywhere and designed for working adults.
Paid Training
After successful on-boarding (completion of profile creation, background check & drug testing, and training videos), you are enrolled into in-class training that serves as orientation for the delivery associate job. This training is paid at the rate of your employment and included in your pay check after 40 hours of work. Most importantly, you are trained to be able to handle the responsibilities of the job and positioned for success.

Opportunity For Pay Increase In As Early As 6 Weeks
All Delivery Associates will be evaluated weekly and given a score on safety and standards of work compliance. Those with high performance, including a show of enthusiasm, teamwork and commitment to our customers are eligible for an hourly pay increase after 6 consecutive weeks of top ratings.
Employment Benefits
All Delivery Associates are eligible for and start to accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately upon work, with Full-time Associates eligible for other benefits including medical, dental health insurance and vision. All Associates will be eligible for 401K contribution match up to 6%.
Competitive Pay And Bonus Opportunities
Delivery Associates can start at $17 per hour and earn more based on experience and qualifications. At different periods during the year, there are several opportunities to earn bonus pay for exemplary work ethic and performance. If transfering from another DSP you could start at $18.25-$22/HR.
Monthly Bonuses For Lead DAs
Top Delivery Associates that complete routes earlier than assigned times, help rescue while still maintaining safety and quality gudielines are eligble for a $2 increase from any pay teir for the next month.
